At TheRideUpProject, each purchase helps fund our mission to support riders with financial need, and we’re so grateful for your support. Because our merchandise directly supports our charitable programming, we are unable to offer refunds on orders unless an item arrives damaged. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will make it right.

While we do not offer general refunds, we’re happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues or other non-damage-related concerns.
